Overview

The Personnel directory is the archive’s connection point between individual operatives and the systems that shape a field assignment. It links service origin, Galactic Federation affiliation, issued equipment, posting environment, and the records a team needs before entering a live route.

Its purpose is not to reduce personnel to a generic roster. An operative’s available support, access level, and mission risk depend on the world, facility, or hostile system involved, so the directory directs planning toward relevant source dossiers such as Power Suit: Chozo Baseline rather than presenting disconnected character labels.

The existing Operative Builder remains the active compilation workspace. The directory supplies the research context that makes a profile meaningful: who the operative serves, what infrastructure can support them, and which threat records, including Aurora Unit 483, should inform the assignment.
