The Operative Builder creates a Level 1 Galactic Federation Marine profile using records, equipment, service postings, and field-rule language drawn from the Metroid Galaxy Guide archive. Each selection updates the compiled dossier, including a dynamic Character Synopsis that rewrites the operative's field record around the visitor's class, posting, prior service, issued gear, secondary skill, support protocol, and campaign agenda.
