The historical record is complicated by later Phazon exposure and Pirate command data that names a corrupted "Mistress Gandrayda" within a Dark Samus-aligned structure. The available evidence shows a change in operational role and allegiance context, but it does not establish a simple voluntary conversion. Norion and the G.F.S. Olympus provide the clearest operational context. Capabilities And Limitations

Outside a copied form, Gandrayda uses electric blades and orb-like discharges, moves with exceptional speed, and can employ a personal cloaking field. These capabilities make her difficult to track in a built environment, especially when architecture offers multiple exits, changing elevations, or machinery that can be used to conceal a transition between forms.

Metamorphosis expands her tactical options but does not erase limits. The adopted form carries a relevant weakness or constraint, and cloaking is not a permanent state of invulnerability.
