Ply is a small flying organism documented in Artaria, Cataris, and Dairon on ZDR. Its record is visually specific: a pale body carried by broad membrane wings, a large eye-like head, and a thin barbed tail. These features provide a reliable identification basis even when a sighting is brief.

Available observations support sustained flight and a close approach in which the head and tail are directed toward the same space. That makes Ply relevant to route awareness in an enclosed ZDR passage, but it does not establish that the animal is a major threat, a vent specialist, or a migratory species.
